This site is an online resource for diversity and social change education. It is produced by Victor Lewis and Hugh Vasquez, best known as principal cast members in the award-winning documentary on race relations, The Color of Fear. As a team, Victor and Hugh have a combined experience of more than 30 years working with organizations and communities to address diversity issues. The current article  published on this site is designed to serve as a catalyst for dialogue and critical reflection, inspiration and debate for others addressing the challenges of diversity in our times.
